Description
Two years fixed term contract renewable.
To manage operational running, content development as well as customer services at the British Council Lahore/Karachi library. This is a customer facing role, and the ideal candidate must have excellent speaking and presentation skills, as they will be representing the British Council in a front of house capacity. In addition to excellent interpersonal skills, the role requires strong digital literacy and active participation in creating a vibrant cultural space. Library experience is not necessary – we are looking for experience in customer facing roles, preferably in digital and creative spaces.
