Position: Manager Operations
Education: Min. Bachelors
Experience: 4-5 years (supervisory role in courier operations)
Location: Area Office, Hyderabad, Sindh
Key knowledge & skills: Candidate must have thorough knowledge and hands on experience of managing courier operations with the ability to review and report operational performance to management on day to day basis

Overall Responsibilities:
Plan and execute day-to-day operations; assign pickup and delivery to SDOs and field staff; ensure accurate and timely de-briefing, ensure complete data entry of run sheets; resolve all operational complaints arising in and out of network; review and report operational performance to management, and liaise with Third Party Service Providers as per approved plans
