Urgently looking for Manager Operations (PESHAWAR) profiles for Muller & Phipps Express Logistics. Candidates with Bachelor's/MBA and exposure in Courier & Logistics Operations management are highly encouraged to apply.
Purpose:
This position is responsible for the execution of daily operations in their relevant areas as per the SOP’s and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of day-to-day operations as per OPS Plan
Ensure 100% received shipments are processed
Ensure 100% delivery attempt of all Over-Night shipments
Ensure accurate de-briefing of all SDO’s on daily basis
Ensure all delivery sheets are handed over
Ensure daily pickups from customer premises and Express Centers
Ensure 100% Forwarding of outbound material as per OPS schedule
Route Management
Performance review on day to day basis
Responsible for continuous improvement and counseling of staff
Route Wise & Product wise Performance summaries to identify improvement areas
Ensure optimum attendance of all OPS staff on daily basis
Ensure Adherence-to-Schedule, attendance of SDO’s and OPS staff as per roster
Balancing reports of OPS activities
Resolution of complaints
