Falcon-i Pvt. Ltd. is looking for "Manager – QA & Training" for its Head Office in Karachi.
Job Description
• Ensure Top Quality standards of Customer Experience.
• Develop an environment of cordial relationship & create synergy amongst different teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage staff evaluations, report Quality KPI of Contact and Support Teams.
• Work closely with Operations team to facilitate in achieving desired Service level, Talk Time & other Contact Centre KPIs.
• Strategically and tactically supporting management through analysis of information, providing effective recommendations, developing/defining KPIs to measure performance.
• Use random spot checks of process, product and people to tweak and improve service delivery standards.
• Monthly quality reports to gauge performance pulse.
• Fraud investigations and charge penalties.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Manager of Quality Assurance & Training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
