Cotton Web is looking for Manager - Quality Assurance.

Candidate should be responsible for:

* Reduce production bottlenecks by improving raw material quality.
* Make sure production quality meet customer requirements.
* Development of SOP’s regarding product quality management.
* Systems and process conformity.
* Root cause analysis to avoid the repetition of issues.
* End line audits throughout the process.

Essential Requirement:

* Graduation/TQM degree will be preferred.
* 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks.
* Denim garments manufacturing background will be preferred.
