Description
Primehr is looking for a “Manager- Recovery Unit” for one of the Micro-Finance Bank.
Gender: Male
Experience: 5-6 years’ (in the micro-finance bank).
Job Description:
- Monitoring of indicators on activity and performance of Recovery Unit.
- Direct participation in negotiation with impaired borrowers, especially in the last phase before litigation actions are started.
- Supervise preparation of files for legal actions.
- Monitor the activity of our legal external partners.
Timings: Mon-Fri (9 AM-6 PM),
Education: Minimum Bachelors
Skills and Knowledge required:
- General branch operations
- Risk Management and Credit Analysis
- Loan documentation
- Collateral Documentation & perfection process
