Education: BBA/MBA (SAP HANA)
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as an HCM consultant
Job Responsibilities:
ABAP Development experience in HCM (SAP HANA) will be a plus and preferred.
Responsible for analyzing, proposing and developing the solution design of HCM Processes.
· Requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, Specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration/development and testing.
Responsible for documentation of the different HCM Processes.
Conversion of Data, Bulk data Uploads & Master Data Maintenance.
Responsible for successful delivery of Standard & Customized Payroll.
Must have Exposure to S4HANA, Fiori and Workflows.
Must have an experience of at least 4 x full project life-cycle.
Process understanding of different Sub Modules PA, OM, PY, Recruitment, TEM, Travel, Appraisal and Customized solutions etc.
Hands on Experience of Configuration of SAP HCM Module.
Strong WRICEF development Experience in HCM, SD and other modules.
Good understanding of integration of SAP Systems with 3rd party
