Salary Range: 150,000-250,000/month (Depending upon seniority/experience)

As Talent Acquisition Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for:
1- Implementing various strategies and ensuring effective implementation of all compensation practices.
2- Assist various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements and assist in all talent acquisition processes.
3- Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all equal employment opportunity regulations.
4- Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist the recruitment team to design all performance standards.
5- Determine all recruitment strategies for all executive and technical positions.
