Responsibilities:
1. Improving current process and day to day operations
2. Liaising with external lawyer for ad hoc projects
3. Relations with external stakeholders
4. Handling business relations with external auditor
5. Accurately preparing and filing tax returns in a timely manner.
6. Strong analytical and communication skills.
7. Sound problem-solving skills
