Market Development Executive/Sales Trainee required in our Sales Department.

Job Description:

• Retail Marketing and channel development across assigned area
• Ensure availability of core SKU’s in retail and key account outlets
• Achievement of monthly targets (Primary and Secondary)
• Regular market visits to gather insights and competitors information
• Route planning and target settings of Sales team for achievement of monthly targets
• Business growth and improvement of market share
• Branding Activities through signage and activation
• Financial and Sales planning, forecasting and budget Controlling
• Sales Team development and Management, SKU’s monitoring and demand enhancement
• Distribution management and development

Qualification: Master/Bachelors in Marketing field
MDE Experience required: 2 – 3 years (FMCG)
Sales Trainee Experience required: 0 – 1 year
