Aga Khan Planning and Building Service, Pakistan (AKPBS, P) works to improve the built environment, particularly housing design and construction, natural hazard mitigation, environmental sanitation, water supplies and other living conditions.  AKPBS, P requires an MEP Engineer, who among other things, will be responsible for: • Coordination and preparation of schematic design, design development, and construction documents. • Planning of MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule. • Checking physical stock of construction materials to ensure proper balance /availability of materials for daily consumption. • Update site engineer about daily progress of physical works on the site. • Ensure quality and size of aggregate material as per specifications on daily basis. Required qualification is B.E. or DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years’ experience in reputed construction projects. The position will be based in Islamabad but will require extensive travelling across the AKPBS,P regional offices. The salary package of the incumbent will depend upon qualification and experience.
