"Microbiologist" required in Lahore for the leading Multinational FMCG Company for its Dairy division. Resource should have done B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology along with 3 to 4 years of working experience in microbiology and knows how to manage dairy-related items e.g. ice cream.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting chemical, physical and microbiological tests on raw materials, milk, fresh dairy products at all stages of production
• Familiarity with dairy analysis and experience working in a laboratory setting
• Working knowledge of microbiological culturing
• Perform all activities in a neat, safe, hygienic, and efficient manner.
• Maintain laboratory condition, to include equipment, supplies, quality assurance programs, and accurate records throughout all procedures.
• Maintain knowledge on various testing methods and perform all manual operations on various supplies.
• Organizing and controlling operational processes in the manufacture of fresh dairy product e.g ice cream
