IBL Operations (Pvt.) Ltd is currently hunting promising profiles for the position of “National Sales Manager”

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum Graduate but MBA are encouraged to apply
Experience: At least 6-8 years of sales experience (only FMCG experience is required)
Salary Package - 200,000/- to 250,000/- gross salary with other benefits
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
· Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
· Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
· Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
· To get daily reports from his team related to targets achieved
· Cost controlling and budget monitoring
· Dealing and coordination with principals
· Ensures team development and coaching
· Must update monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, and take efficient measures to address poor sales results
· Responsible for Profit and loss statement
