Description
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in using quick book software and preparing an invoice to the client on a daily basis.
- Follow up continuously on recoveries
- Providing job post services to clients
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing emails
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Quick problem solver and efficient in day to day operational task
