Description

Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role

  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using quick book software and preparing an invoice to the client on a daily basis.
  • Follow up continuously on recoveries
  • Providing job post services to clients
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing emails
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Quick problem solver and efficient in day to day operational task
