Position: Officer – Support Desk

Location: Karachi

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Minimum Experience: 1 -2 years

Job Description: • Provide support to member banks, biller’s, telco’s. • Circulation of Planned Downtime notification according to any member banks.  • Monitoring of Phoenix & BPS application & EMC replication. • Monitoring of traffic analyzer, port traffic in terms of data connectivity with DR site. • Inform & coordinate with member banks in case of Controller fluctuation, BPS service fluctuation & SAF count scenarios. • Circulation of SAF stuck cases, amongst all banks for fixation of issue at their end. • Coordination with member banks for compliance of 1LINK message format if reported not up to the mark from any member banks. • Wrong punched cases to be taken up with PTCL for reversal if reported by any member bank & get it resolved as per agreed SOP. • Provide transaction status to member banks, telco’s & biller as & when acquired. • Health check of data center. • Follow escalation matrix in case of any unplanned downtime of 1LINK applications. • Escalation of level-2/level-3 incidents to respective team for resolution on timely basis.
