Responsibilities: Should be able to handle complex situations. Acting as a first point of contact. Correspondence, phone calls, managing diaries, organizing meetings, appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organizing events and conferences, reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, managing database, filing, systems implementations, maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, clients, writing minutes of the meeting, traveling booking, letter drafting and any task assigned by CEO. *We need someone who can join immediately.
