PSTD is looking to hire *Program Managers* for its Lahore offices.

*Responsibilities:*
• identify training and development needs within an organization
• design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization
• consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budget
• keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
• research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research

*Working hours:*
A typical working day is 9:00am to 5:30pm, with some extra hours if necessary.

*What to expect:*
• work is generally field based

*Qualification:*
This area of work is open to all graduates with degree in business or related subject, human resources, management, or psychology.
