Details:

-Track & update daily spending from SAP.
-Monitor monthly U&O (Use and Occupancy) date and share report on monthly bases.
-Follow-up with end user and update Use and Occupancy date in SAP.
-Monitor Idle CWIP (Capital Work In Progress) and share report with End-users.
-Follow-up and update comments on Idle WBS (Work Based Structure) in SAP.
-Monitor GR’s and share monthly GROT (Goods Receipt on Time Report) with End-users.
-Share monthly Open Orders Report with End Users.
-Track Payments on time and share discrepancies with immediate manager.
-Share issues related to Payment Terms Violation with team on monthly Bases.
-Run month end spending reports and share with immediate manager for next month forecasting.
-Run month end capitalization reports and share with immediate manager for next month forecasting.
-Provide technical support in trending (online system)
