Description

Sabaq Foundation Trust was founded in 2012 as a registered non-profit Trust with Government of Pakistan with its offices in G-10/4, Islamabad.

Sabaq Foundation's main objective is to create world class tutoring videos for Pakistani students studying in English medium public schools (later we will cover Urdu medium curriculum as well). But, for English medium curriculum, all lectures are taught in Urdu so students would understand them without any difficulty.

The Project Manager performs analysis, research, development, planning, implementation, and oversight of project initiatives and other activities.

  • Planning and implementation of project varying in complexity, length and design
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Define project tasks and develop project plans & timelines
  • Main point of coordination between Management & team by identifying roles and responsibilities of the project team in collaboration with the CEO & President.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required quality level
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Compile project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Manage risks and issues (deadlines, shipping, procurement, inventory etc.)
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors
