Position: Project Manager
Industry: Hospital / Health Clinics
Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment, roster and retention of all staff at the clinics.
• Ensure all services rendered to patients is conducted at the standard established by the Trust Vision and
Mission.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate, timely and transparent accounting records.
• Liaise and engage with corporate partners to build sponsors and donors list.
• Manage the regular needs and inventory planning of the equipment, medicines and other requirements
of the clinics in consultation with clinic staff and Trust members.
• Manage the leases, repairs and maintenance and utilities requirements of the clinics.
• Develop and annual calendar of community projects, fund raising and staff recognition events.
• Work with the Trust Board and Governors to build the capacity and reputation of the Trust.

Knowledge and Skills required:
• Graduate degree in Business or Commerce
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with senior management and engage with staff and patients at
clinic
• Prior experience in NGO is a bonus.
