Looking for "QA/QC, R&D Manager" for our client based in Lahore.Key Responsibilities:Develop product specification for fruits and vegetables and their improvement to cater for needs of different customers and markets. Ensure product consistency, compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Lead product improvement efforts and provide own technical inputs. Analyse customers special requests and complaints

Provide advice on implementation of legal requirements for food products. Provide proper formulation to maximise shelf life of fruits. Develop new process concepts for fruit optimisation and yield improvement. Oversee implementation of quality and safety standards for fruits and vegetables. Provide technical support and maintain communication with customers and sales / production / supply chain department. Arrange technical trainings for operations and quality personnel. Assist the company in developing program to acquire certification.
BSc (Food technology) + Short course certification in Quality with 10 - 15 years with 5 years in fruit processing.
