Requirements:

• Must be able to meet the personal and unit’s objectives set by the operations department.
• Must have outstanding negotiation skills in order to deal with clients, guarantors, valuators and auctioneers.
• Must have good command on English and Urdu.
• Ability to abide by company’s policies and procedures.
• Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
