Description

To support the implementation of the Research and Publication Strategy (40%)

To help formulate the annual research and publications strategy for Pakistan
To lead on at least one key research publication project per year
To work with the Director REMU and the team in quality assuring all research publications
To work with all SBUs and business streams on research and publication strategy

To support the outreach and policy dialogues arising from the research strategy (20%)

To support the communications and outreach strategy for REMU
To lead on the development and management of key policy dialogues
To work with research networks in Pakistan and the UK to build impact
To work in partnership with SBU and business teams in outreach activity
To work with key partners across the research on joint research proposals
To build clear links with key media partners

To support research and evaluation mechanisms in key work team (20%)

To provide targeted support to SBUs on evaluation and performance metrics
To support training in evaluation methods for work teams
To support a research and evaluation culture in core work teams

To support partnership opportunities for REMU (20%)

To develop partnership opportunities for REMU in research and publication
To develop co-creation strategies for research with other partners
