Description

INTECH Process Automation is looking for "Sales / CRM Coordinator" to assist in Management Sales Reporting, monthly & regional sales funnel, Orders Management, and assist global sales team to record & manage their sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The candidate is expected to:

• Assist global sales team to run Sales Force Automation process in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Coordinate sales team to create sales leads, opportunities, quotes and orders with mandatory / minimum data entry and validity requirements. • Proactivity follow-up and record the activities performed by sales team against each lead/opportunities. • Assist sales management to conduct Sales Review Meeting. • Develop and update sales forecast reports on monthly basis • Has the ability to understand sales/financial reports. • Train new sales team members / re-train existing members on CRM tool.

Desirable Qualification/Experience:

Professional Qualification: Degree in Business Administration Professional Experience: 2 years minimum, CRM experience would be preferred. Certification(s): Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales 2016 (preferred)
