Looking for SAP Application Support for automobile client.Education:BS(CS). 2+ years’ experience as SAP Application Support and have proven experience and detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP is essential. Facilitate the New implementation and support of SAP MM, PP, FICO and Others.The candidate will perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements,demonstration of experience in supporting SAP MM, PP and FICO module solutions.Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements,map user business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy user’s needs,design, customize, configure and testing of MM, PP, FICO and document test cases & Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Act as liaison with user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze and solve software problems.
