Is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and competent professional for the following challenging position: Designation: Admin & Logistics Officer Location: University town Peshawar Qualification: Min Bachelors /Masters degree from a reputed university with 4 to 5 years of experience. Salary: Market Competitive Job Descriptions: 1. Prepare materials, availability of stationary items and equipment i.e. Laptops, Multimedia, Printers etc. for training's and interviews. 2. Facilitate smooth functioning of utility services in office i.e. electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, internet etc. 3. Check and ensure security and safety arrangements for the office premises, staff, equipment, records and assets etc. 4. Supervise and support janitorial staff i.e. drivers, peons, telephone operator, sweeper etc. for smooth operation of organization activities. 5. Arrange all types of official events i.e. training's, meetings, annual festivals, dinners and lunches etc. including event/training's.
