Responsibilities include:

• Help design solution within the product and technology frame works, based on the clients requirements.
• Verify and understand requirements and coordinate with clients for appropriate input.
• Review, develop and execute project plans to address user requirements.
• Review solution design with product specialists and architects as well as clients.
• Provide information to the Software Development team about the project and answer their questions to ensure implementation per the specifications.
• Provide information to the Quality Assurance team about the project and answer their questions to ensure implementation per the specifications.
• Review the end product to ensure that all of the requirements have been fulfilled.

Requirements:

• The candidate has to have excellent verbal as well as written communication skills in English, other requirements include:
• BS Degree from a reputable University.
• Fast Learner with high bandwidth.
• Understanding of Web Services and Web Technologies and SQL.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English / Business acumen required.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks/ projects.
• Strong experience with MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word.
• Knowledge of BPO and relevant overseas client interaction experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience is required.
