SENIOR MANAGER LEGAL
Location: Karachi
Industry: Logistics & Services
Experience: 5 - 7 years in PQE
Qualifications: - LLM / LLB / Bar – at - Law
Job Description: - Expertise in management of corporate and litigation matters (contentious and non-contentious). Would be expected to handle consumer courts litigation, tax matters, constitutional petitions and other civil and criminal matters. - Must be able to review vet and draft all types of agreements and contracts - Must be equipped to negotiate contracts with counter parties - Drafting of ancillary corporate documents such as letters/replies to Federal/Provincial Government Authorities - Must have expertise of conducting extensive research and rendering opinions concerning existing/new business ventures.
