Looking to hire Senior Manager – Measuring, Learning & Evaluation based in Karachi. Candidate should have Masters in any relevant field (e.g MSc., MA, MBA, MPA, MPH etc). Other post graduate qualifications will also be considered. A medical background will be an asset. The incumbent should have minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in monitoring, evaluation and project management in local as well as international organizations. Should have a mix of experience in MLE and program operations in the Development / Public Health sector & operational experience in the corporate sector will be a plus. Should have skills, knowledge and abilities pertinent to research, especially in the Development sector. Should have well-developed verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong analytical skills. Fully fluent in Urdu and English (reading, speaking, writing). Knowledge on any regional languages spoken in Pakistan & proficiency in MS office, STATA & SPSS will be an asset.
