Herbion Pakistan is looking for “Senior Manager – Product Management”(Karachi based)
Education: Pharm-D & MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 6 - 8 years
Responsibilities:
*Development of product wise marketing plan.
*Development of brand’s business plan, digital marketing strategy, and development of trade activation plans and finalization of their budgets
*Execution of digital plan including SEOs, and Amazon’s marketing for Herbion’s product
*Launch planning for new products including product training, Launch ceremony and clinical trials
*Leading a Project concerning competitive intelligence for improvement of products’ marketing
*POS stocks analysis and ensuring proper distribution and availability at location.
*Planning to arrange doctors’ Conference or symposia through leading healthcare professionals and involvement of Field force
*Follow-up with R& D department for product improvement based on customer feed and research agency’ suggestion
*Market and sales analysis to understand the growth of individual therapeutic segment and identification of leading molecules.
*Development of packaging brief, design option development in light of the same.
