Master in Business Administration

EXPERIENCE
10 - 12 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing with FMCG/Manufacturing industries.

JOB BRIEF
- Maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets in the North region.
- Achieve the KPI’s/Objectives for this job.
- Expand the customer base and retention of existing customers.
- Provide demand forecasts after considering market situation/dynamics and trends to ensure accuracy.
- Keep close contact with Government, Semi-Government, and Private organizations documentation as per policies and procedures.
- Carry out market surveys and analysis as and when required.
- Identify competitors' stronghold customers and make and implement strategies to gain share from them.
- Coach and train the team members and keep them engaged and motivated.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Relationship building with key customers and stakeholders.
