Position Title: Senior Project Director Location: Lahore Industry: Real Estate (Luxury Apartment) Salary Range: Negotiable (Depends upon experience and skillset) Requirements & Responsibilities: -At least 10-15 years of experience in project management in construction and real estate industry -Ability to plan and lead project from scratch along with monitoring of project and site at all phases. -Must be aware of all engineering technicalities of project and site -Experience and finance and costing of the project including budgets, costs and tenders -Designing of Pile, Pile Load Test & Other Pile Test -Contracts, Legal Operations, Feasibility Analysis & Claims. -Liaise with key stakeholders throughout duration of the project -Must have connections or working relations with government authorities llike LDA or Cantonment Board for NOC or other approvals -Ability to deal with interior and architecture consultants -Ensure that the project schedule is being maintained, driven and tracked -Technical understanding of residential and commercial construction codes, sequencing, and best building practices -Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budge Interested candidates can send their profiles \ with subject line reading "Senior Project Director | Lahore".
