SERVICE MANAGER (KARACHI)

Age: 35 – 45  

Salary Range : 150K - 200K

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Automotive Engineering

Experience: 5 -10 years’ experience in service with a dealership of construction equipment / power generation.

Areas of Expertise: (1) Management of all service activities regarding maintenance and overhauling of equipment. (2) Maintain good relations with customers. (3) Oversee maintenance program and ensure compliance with OEM O&M manual. (4) Ensure that maintenance records are accurate and up to date. (5) Identify employees training requirements. (6) Prepare management reporting as required. (7) Handle warranty matters with principals. (8) Ensure all local and overseas shipments should be checked against orders & Supplier invoices to report the discrepancies. (9) Maintain data for Preventive Maintenance service of machines (10) process all reports like KME service reports. Terex monthly report and New Equipment Stock.
