Description
BankIslami Pakistan Limited is actively looking for Service Quality Officers. Position is responsible to ensure proper implementation of operational instructions and Bank’s service policies and guidelines. Conduct in depth analysis on the monthly performance of branches and suggest action plan to overcome weaknesses. Enhance service awareness in the attitude and approach of all staff, especially the front line staff.

Eligibility Criteria: - Masters degree from a reputed university, MBAs will be preferred.
Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in the field of Customer Services and Service Quality.
Age should not be more than 28 years.
