Description
Looking For "Shift Supervisor - Production".
Education: B. Tech/B.E (Polymer/Mechanical/).
Experience: 2 to 4 years (Experience On Injection Molding Machines Will Be An Added Advantage).
Location: Korangi Industrial Area - Karachi.
· Arrange issue of raw material from stores as per standard.
· Make sure that machines are loaded according to Mfg. planner any deviation /change required to be communicated to HOD.
· Physical verification of raw material issued and consumed on each machine and rejection quantity.
· Monitor and suggest feedback to reduce down the mold changeover time.
· Ensure availability of mold accessories and submit requirements timely such that mold change over activity may not be affected.
· Implementation of QMS.
· Implementation of Kaizen & 5 S.
