Position: Software Business Analyst
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree BS/BCS
Location: Head Office, Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi.
Experience:
Minimum 01 – 02 years’ experience however fresh candidate may also apply.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Able to provide software functional support to end users.
• Quickly understands the business issues and challenges of end users.
• Responsible for conducting requirements gathering sessions.
• Responsible for creating requirements document.
• Responsible for creating test scripts.
• Responsible for requirements verification and testing.
• Responsible for conducting demos and presentations about the application.
• Responsible for creating end user training manuals.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing of the assigned features before deployment
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Works with end users to identify required changes
• Perform any other task/project assigned by Management
