Looking for Software Support Executive (Lahore) at Muller & Phipps Express Logistics.
This position is responsible for providing software support to the M-Raabta system.
Knowledge of Retail network software's and should have first hand experience in providingCOD Business Support.
Responsible for new COD Account portal
Coordinate with Sales& Customer Services for training on COD Portal and on API
Visit COD Customers with Sales and Operations to gather technical requirements and provide onsite COD Support
Suggest improvements in M-Raabta COD Reports
Portal Training to customers, local teams and Operations staff
Coordinate with Sales team and customers and get feedback on portal performance
Identify system bugs and provide solution after coordinating with IT
Gather and analyze new requirements and coordinate with IT
Maintain and prepare documentation
