Job Description:
Coordinate with Sales& Customer Services for training on COD Portal and on API
Visit COD Customers with Sales and Operations to gather technical requirements and provide onsite COD Support
Suggest improvements in M-Raabta COD Reports
Portal Training to customers, local teams and Operations staff
Coordinate with Sales team and customers to get day to day feedback on portal performance /enhancement
Identify system bugs and provide timely solution after coordinating with IT and discussion with Business
Gather and analyze new requirements and coordinate with IT HO team
Maintain and prepare documentation
