Urgently hiring for Female Customer Service Executive for our Service Center, Karachi. Key Responsibilities: · Dealing with customer queries including but not limited to: order updates, order changes, extenuating circumstances etc. . Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. . Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests. · Making relevant CRM entries. What we are looking for: · Minimum Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of experience in similar role, involving high volume of customer calls, Good telephone manner and Experience using CRM.
