Position: Talent Management - Senior Consultant

2 Positions (LHR & KHI)

Qualification/Experience: Should have completed at least 16 years of education from a reputed university / 5-6 years of experience as HR generalist (Hands-on experience of conducting J ob Analysis and Job Evaluation will be a plus)

Responsibilities: - Team Lead and/or Project Manager on Talent Management Advisory projects - Monitoring team's performance and ensuring effective execution of assigned work stream / project - Developing presentations on deliverables and presenting to internal as well as external stakeholders - Support Talent Management Service Area Lead with business development efforts, as and when required, including, but not limited to, proposal development, conceptualizing methodologies, and presenting proposals to potential clients - Conceptualize and develop various HR frameworks (Recruitment, Training & Development, Succession Planning, HR Policies & Procedures, etc) - Should be familiar with the HR Audit / Due Diligence process
