Responsibilities

Performance management for the team.
Managing a very fast paced team that is not only diverse, but is very curious as well.
Develop processes and strategies for solving problems like cash losses, productivity, recovery etc.
Development and building of team KPIs.
Be a pure data lover, no data, no case solutions!

Requirements

Must be a Master’s/Bachelor’s or equivalent from a reputed university(MBA would be preferred)
Must have very good analytical skills.
Fluent in English and Urdu.
Loves to solve problems and share information.
