Team Lead Quality (QA of Leather Apparel)
MIMA Apparel (Private) Limited a Lahore based leading Leather apparel, Jackets manufacturer and exporter is looking forward to hire ''Leather Apparel - Team Lead Quality'' who will be responsible to ensure and enhance quality & quality control measures of its products.
Key Skills Required:
• Must be hands on with quality control procedures and Methods of leather apparel.
• Quality control experience of Leather Industry is a must.
• Product and Manufacturing Process Knowledge
• Initiative, Achievement & Result Orientation
• Negotiation, Interpersonal & People Skills
• Team Development & Leadership Style
• Hands on with Quality Management System
Education: Graduation (Bs. Hons) or Masters preferably MBA TQM.
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in Leather Industry or similar capacity.
Certification in Leather Technology would be a plus.
