-Distribution/ Territory Management
-Deliver Monthly Sales Plan & KPIs
-Ensure availability& visibility of defined Client's products within Assigned territory/channels.
-Observation & Training of field force during on/off field visits.
-Ensure smooth execution of Trade category & Brand Plans as per company's guidelines and standard.
-Verification of claims,Damages,Trade offers & assets etc.
-Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
-Support Area Development Manager with business updates and take informed decision.
-Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
-Closely monitor competition activities and timely communication to Area Development Manager.
-Ensure correction re validation of distribution data to have a clean outlet and sales database
