•Distribution/ Territory Management
•Deliver Monthly Sales Plan & KP Is
•Ensure availability & visibility of defined Client's products with in Assigned territory/ channels .
•Observation & Training of field force during on/off field visits
•Verification of claims, Damages, Trade offers & assets etc.
•Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
•Support Area Development Manager with business updates and take informed decision .
•Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales
•Closely monitor competition activities and timely communication to Area Development Manager.
•Ensure smooth execution of contracts at outlets & Sub Distributor level
•Lead Client's values for the team .
•Lead branch I territory admin requirements
•Cascade, own and drive Sales SOPs within the territory
•Conduct periodic stock and quality audits at the distributor warehouses
