Our client is one of the most admired groups of companies based in Lahore. They are looking for 'TRAINING MANAGER'.

QUALIFICATION: MBA; additional qualifications/certifications would be a plus.
EXPERIENCE: 10 years of designing and conducting training workshops for the corporate learners.
JOB: Training Manager shall be required to conduct the TNA, make a training plan, design and develop training programs/workshops and conduct the training workshops for various companies within the group. Training Manager would be training the white collar and blue collar employees hailing from various companies in the group. Training Manager would be required to travel to various production facilities and stay there for multiple nights depending on the training/business needs. Training Manager would be training participants on soft skills and aiming to collectively improve the quality of workforce within the group companies.
