Seeking profiles for Unit Head - Facilities Management- Administration Department, Karachi
Experience:Minimum 6 years in similar capacity
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Overall supervision of facilities management of Head Office and South I & II Branches.
-To Head the maintenance team.
-Supervise timely rectifications/resolutions of issues related to, Civil Works maintenance, Electrical, Telecommunication (PABX), ACs and Generators etc.
-All approvals initiations and dealings related to settlements of Billing of related functions.
-Managing annual budgets, cost control and payments
