Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Identifying and evaluating new vendors as per their technical, commercial and capacity capabilities.
- Visiting existing & new vendors regarding supply issues, as per guidance of Purchase Manager and Factory Manager.
- Verifyingand ensuring the compliance to control plans and process controls through site visits of existing suppliers.
- Coordinating with quality / production departments with respect to incoming materials of new suppliers, till items are as per AMBER specifications.
AUTHORITIES:
- Authorized to check all the rejected supplies from factory or by any other department.
- Authorized to check the production status of any vendor’s item at vendor’s premises, and stop the production should he find any problem.
- Authorized to reject vendors’ supply due to any technical reason.
