Position: Vendor Management & Compliance Officer

Experience: Atleast 3 to 5 years of experience in same domain

Responsibilities:
• Updating of Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• Ensuring preparation of information to meet the reporting requirements of HQ (including procurement plan and vendor plans amongst other reporting requirements).
• Maintenance of the vendors’ database to ensure an active qualification process of vendors (including development of local vendors).
• Ensuring vendor feedbacks by way of liaison with buyers at the tender level (process) and with end – users during the life of the contract and upon contract close outs (this would also include solicitation of HSE feedbacks with reference to the contracts)
• Ensuring close out of contracts and related reporting
• Development & Preparation of KPIs and related supporting information for onward presentation to management
