⦁ To handle all day to day office affairs and manage independently correspondence and communication among all office departments.

⦁ To manage all domestic and international travelling issues including visa correspondence, ticketing etc and provide protocol to the visiting guests and management

⦁ To manage the Fleet, vehicle insurance matters property and other maintenance issues.

⦁ To manage security of the office,guest house and staff , keep in contact with the security guarding firm.

e) To deal with the government agencies and departments pertaining to the property related issues.

f) To handle all insurance and claims and general building maintenance etc.

g) To prepare daily security report for the management and also issue visitor passes and keep log of all contractors working on site.

h) To look after and manage all support services including catering, health and safety, it and communications etc.

Core Security responsibilities:
⦁ Devise an institution wise strategy to ensure safety and security of our Students, staff and assets.
⦁ Manage the development and implementation of institution wide security standards, guidelines and procedures.
⦁ Identify security hazards, vulnerabilities and potential threats.
⦁ Direct and supervise security interventions across the organization.
⦁ Oversee and direct the development of procedures to ensure physical safety of students, employees and visitors.
⦁ Ensure security is maintained and updated.
⦁ Create security awareness, prevention and crisis management and response programs/plans.
⦁ Prioritize security initiatives.
⦁ Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
⦁ Investigate security breaches.
⦁ Conduct audits to find holes in security platform.
