I am an ex-serviceman of Pakistan Army, all the times being firm to achieve targets. Flexible in self but strictly adhere with the objectives set to achieve. My objective is to become well known person with straight forwardness, integrity, leadership skills because I know that, "it is easy to command 1000 trained soldiers but difficult to motivate & control 10 Industrial workers". I have more than 10 years of experience with various national and international organizations, at various positions, and have got multi experience in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration and Security. Team player and safety conscious, I am keen to apply my organizational skills on a dynamic company, logistics, Supply Chain, Administration and Security Departments.

Account for all program and non-program inventories in the warehouses through Store Keepers.
Maintaining inventory/associated records on MS excel and manually. Regularly control the stocks management and follow ups. Consolidate all data from warehouses regarding stocks and updated.
Ensure safety and clean environment of the stock and materials located in the warehouses.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely supply of material at warehouses.
Receive quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statement. Prepare Procurement contracts after negotiations with vendors. Carry out inspections of samples/materials received from vendors, according to procurement contract and quality check guide lines.
Arrangement of labor and transport for shifting of material from one location to another location. Prepare fuel consumption reports of company and rented vehicles.
Responsible for repair & maintenance of automotive and other Assets as and when require basis.
Performs other supportive job such as administration, arrangements for trainings, seminars etc.
Assistant Stores Officer
Directs and participates in the issuing/receiving of materials, tools and equipment’s requisitioned by Departments.
Exercises supervision on the physical inventory cycle count of materials.
Initiates requisitions to replenish stock on the basis of material on hand in relation to departmental uses. Implement the procurement cycle in giving time.
Maintaining inventory/associated records on ERP System software (CIS).
Negotiations with vendors for procurement of materials. Coordination with vendor for timely supply of material at site. Arranges transport and manpower for material shifting from one warehouse to another warehouse.
Performs other logistics and admin duties.
Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving and storage of finished goods through exercised GMPs. Maintaining inventory/associated records on ERP System software (SAP).
People management responsibilities include training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisal, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems, works within the company policies, objectives and quality management system.
Assistant Admin Officer
To assist the Admin Manager regarding discipline/administrative matters and security of the organization.
To ensure implementation of rules, regulation and SOPs of organization at all offices.
To liaison with Government departments for organization security issues and submits the required reports.
To ensure installation/replacement of firefighting equipment’s at all necessary places and arrange trainings for staff regarding firefighting and fire Safety.
Responsible for timely repair and maintenance of organization premises on as and when require bases.
Follow up of monthly payment for organization utility bills and Premises rent etc.
To arrange traveling arrangements of all staff between the area offices and other bases.
Manage the organization guesthouse and ensure that all arriving staff is allocated a room and that it is prepared.
To visit canteen, officers/workers mess & guest house and instruct the concern staff to meet organization hygiene standards regarding meal and general housekeeping.
Manage the Kitchen/Gardening/cleaning team.
Organizing different events / seminars.
Perform all the other duties entrusted by Head of Department.
